Assessment Tasks

Copy and paste from the following data to produce each assessment task. Write these in plain English and spell out how, when and where the task is to be carried out, under what conditions, and what resources are needed. Include guidelines about how well the candidate has to perform a task for it to be judged satisfactory.
Copy and paste from the following performance criteria to create an observation checklist for each task. When you have finished writing your assessment tool every one of these must have been addressed, preferably several times in a variety of contexts. To ensure this occurs download the assessment matrix for the unit; enter each assessment task as a column header and place check marks against each performance criteria that task addresses.

Prioritise preventative maintenance requirements 
Review operational and Industry 4.0 systems requirements and schedule preventative maintenance for least disruption to operations 
Identify preventative maintenance task requirements from appropriate workplace records, Industry 4.0 generated data, manufacturer’s documentation, and discussions with relevant personnel 
Identify and apply workplace health and safety (WHS) requirements for the preventative maintenance tasks 
Confirm scheduling of preventative maintenance tasks with appropriate personnel 
Plan preventative maintenance tasks, including isolation and reconnection requirements, required equipment and materials, and risk management procedures 
Brief personnel performing preventative maintenance on task plan and WHS procedures to be followed 
Monitor conduct of preventative maintenance task by maintenance and other required personnel 
Analyse non-conformances against the preventative maintenance plan and implement procedures for appropriate remedial actions 
Monitor completion of preventative maintenance tasks, including test runs of machinery and associated equipment 
Supervise any required re-establishment of data connections and networking 
Restore work site and equipment to work-ready state 
Document completion of preventative maintenance task according to workplace procedures
